How do I determine my size for Bar Grip shirts?
Our Bar Grip shirts are designed for a performance fit. We recommend referring to the size chart on the product page and measuring your chest circumference for the most accurate fit. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your gear ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a request.
Do you ship internationally?

How should I care for my Bar Grip gear?
To preserve the integrity of the Bar Grip silicone, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water. Hang to dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting. Avoid ironing directly on the grip material.
