At A7 Demand Greatness, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best equipment for your training. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached and original packaging included to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
